Thomas "TJ" Smith

Smith-Thomas J. “TJ”,38, Johnstown, passed away July 21, 2025, at home after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 23, 1987 in Woodbridge, Va. Son of James and Kim (Sees) Smith. He is preceded in death by grandfather Butch Sees, grandmother Bernadine Smith, Grandfather James F. Smith, great grandmother Hermenia Hammer. TJ is survived by Parents, Grandmother Peggy Sees, Fiancée Angela Clark, and her children Logan Clark and Jayden Miles, brothers and sisters Jacob Smith (Cayla Short), Autumn Smith, Tysheal Smith, Sumer Smith, and Jamie Smith. Member of the Nanty Glo First Baptist Church. He was a member of Windber Sportsmen Club. TJ loved to spend time with his family and his pet dog Danner and enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes, and going camping. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11AM, Pastor Geno Bartoletti, Officiating. Interment will follow in Belsano United Brethren Cemetery.
