Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear... Shirley Mae (Walls) Fulton, 88, of Ebensburg Pennsylvania passed into eternity on December 16, 2021 following a courageous battle with an aggressive brain cancer. Shirley was born on February 20, 1933 in Charles/Boltz, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Peter Calvin and Elizabeth Marie Walls. Shirley was married 45 years to the late Norman C. Fulton who passed on June 8, 1995. Many will remember Shirley’s caring smile and wonderful sense of humor. She was strong in her Faith and balanced in practice. She loved seeing her littlest family members grow through the years and raise their own little ones. She especially loved the yearly family picnics to reconnect with everyone. Other joys of Shirley’s life were reading everything, watching classic movies and TV shows, playing cards and the game Apples to Apples. It warmed Shirley's heart and brightened her days to be surrounded by her many family members during her waning months. Shirley is survived by her sons, Norman Dennis (Sharon)Fulton, Roger Allan (Nevin)Fulton; daughter in law, Chun Cha Fulton; daughters, Linda Sue (William)Bruhl, Nancy Jean (James)Strenko, Cindy Lou (Larry)Dale; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters; Betty Carter, Marylou Arcurio, Donna Lenz, and Sandy Demangone, brothers; William and Ronald Walls. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman; 2 sons Jerry Wayne and James Edward; grandson Jeffrey; brothers Edward and David Walls; and sisters; Margaret Stutzman, and Mildred Arcurio. Abiding with her wishes, there will be private family services. The family sends a special thank you to Heritage Hospice nurses, Annette and Tammy. Shirley will be greatly missed as she takes her chair at that big pinochle game in eternity
