Milton Howard Noble, Sr.

Noble-Milton Howard, Sr., 76, Nanty Glo, passed away June 22, 2026, at James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center. He was born July 31, 1949, in Johnstown. Son of the late Charles and Thelma (Gongloff) Noble. Preceded in death by wife Linda Noble, great granddaughter Little Bear, brothers and sisters Jim (Darlene) Noble, Emma (Jim) Kimack, Percilla Siko, Mary Sevegan, Charles “Bugs” (Sally) Noble, Pauline Mason, Jopo Gongloff. Milt is the last surviving member of his immediate family. Milt is survived by his children Milton (Kim) Noble, Jr., Tracy Malloy, and David Noble. Grandchildren Taylor and Jordon Moone, Austin Noble, Makiya Findley (Tyler), Trey (Caitlin) Noble, Thomas Newcomer (Taytum), and Navaya Noble. Great grandchildren Austin Noble, Jr., Kinsley Lou Noble, Trey Lee Noble, Jr., Jace Decker, and Reya Ott and great grandchild 6 on the way. Brother-in-law John (Pam) Snedden and sister-in-law Kay (Ben) Garver. He was a life Member of the Nanty Glo Fire Co., where he served many years as Fire Police Lieutenant and was doorman at bingo. Former member of the Vintondale Fire Co. Cambria County Regional Firefighters Association, Western Fireman’s Association, Central District Volunteer Firemen’s Association, and The Pennsylvania State Firemen’s Association. Former member of the Nanty Glo VFW. He was a US Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and going to New York. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8PM at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where Nanty Glo Fire Company Services will be held at 8 PM. Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11AM, at Nanty Glo First Baptist Church. Private interment to be held at the convenience of the family.
