Judith Ann (Younkin) Kasecky, 77, Went home to be with her Lord and Savior at Conemaugh Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Paul Younkin, Sr. and Mary (Oblinsky) Younkin, Judy was also preceded in death by her brothers Gary Younkin and infant brother Mark and by her beloved granddaughter Maggie Rose Tatarko. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jack, with whom she shared 59 wonderful years of marriage; Her brother Paul (Diane) Younkin, Jr.; and her three daughters Nadine (Tim) Tatarko, Jacquie (Garry) Wurm, and Tonya (Dave) Schilling. Judy was a proud and loving grandmother to her five grandsons: Isaac and Jack Wurm, David and Nathan Schilling, and Hunter Tatarko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will cherish her memory. A graduate of Nanty Glo/ Vintondale Joint High School, Judy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who centered her life around faith and family. She was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. Cooking, hosting family gatherings, and making every holiday and birthday celebration extra special. In her younger years, Judy was a dedicated stay-at-home mother before working as a nurse’s aide at Laurel Crest Manor. After retiring, she lovingly cared for her grandchildren, a role she treasured. She also enjoyed her time selling Home Interiors, sharing her warm and welcoming spirit with others. Judy found joy in life’s simple pleasures- swimming and sunbathing at the pond with her best friend Roxanne, shopping (especially on QVC), and playing board games. She loved family vacations, amusement park trips, and attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and school activities. Judy’s faith, generosity, and joyful heart touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 PM- 8PM, at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 AM at Pike Grace Brethren Church, Mundy’s Corner, Pastor Terry Glessner, Officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
