Joseph John Lubert

Lubert-Joseph John, 64, formerly of Nanty Glo, passed away June 24, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born Jan. 2, 1959 in Johnstown. Son of the late Stanley J. and Bernadine (Venslosky) Lubert. Preceded in death by brother Bernard Lubert and sister Catherine “Cush” Howard. Joe is survived by brothers and sisters Gary (Judy) Lubert, Robert (Bet) Lubert , Connie Noble and Mary Lubert (Omar Issa). Brother-in-law Randy Howard. In his younger years, Joe enjoyed playing fast pitch softball, where he was an outstanding pitcher. He also enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a graduate of Blacklick Valley High School. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
