Clyde Joseph "Joe" Smith

SMITH-Clyde Joseph, “Joe”, 76, of Twin Rocks, went home to the Lord on August 6, 2022. He was born April 27, 1946, in Nanty Glo, son of the late James and Margaret (McEvoy) Smith. Preceded in death by brothers and sisters Margaret Lewis, James John, Henrietta “Toot” Kopsic, Marie McCachren, Eileen Learn, Judy Dickson, Bernard, Ken, Jean Patrick, and Ed. Joe is survived by brother Bob and brother-in-law William Patrick. Sister-in-law Mary Lou Smith, nieces Janet, Connie, Christina, Carolyn, and Paula, all with whom Joe resided with for 47 years. Also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Joe was a loving and kind brother and uncle. During his life, Joe worked at Goodwill and the Blind Association. Joe’s favorite hobbies included fishing, repairing bikes for the neighborhood children, music, singing, puzzles, arts and crafts, spending time with his family, and most of all, a great meal. Joe will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3PM- 8PM at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Nanty Glo, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 AM. Interment to follow in Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
