Elaine (Fitz) Furman

Furman-Elaine (Fitz), 88, Jackson Twp. passed away Oct. 19, 2023. She was born March 11, 1935, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Herman and Minnie (Nischalke) Fitz. Survived by Children Gary (Pam) Furman, Tammy (Cuba) Szekeresh, Patsy (Pete) Pagano, and Betty “Boo” (Jerry) Burke. 3 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She attended many churches in the area. She loved her life living and working on her farm. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Nanty Glo, are in charge of the arrangements.
